Audit Logs

Track every action performed in your workspace, who did what, to which entity, and when.

Updated today

Audit logs provide a chronological record of all user actions across your Qase workspace. Use them for compliance reporting, troubleshooting unexpected changes, or simply understanding how your team uses Qase.

Every log entry includes a timestamp, the user who performed the action, and a description of what happened.

Viewing and filtering logs

Navigate to Workspace β†’ Audit Logs. By default, you see the "All" view, every logged action across all entity types. Use the filters to narrow down:

Filter

Options

Type

Team Members, Projects, Suites, Cases, Defects, Runs, Plans, Review Requests

Member

Any user in the workspace

Creation Date

Relative (last 7 days, last 30 days, etc.) or absolute date range

Combine filters to answer specific questions, for example, filter by Type: Cases and Member: Jane to see every test case change Jane made.

Retention

Audit logs are retained for the lifetime of your workspace. There is no automatic purge, so you can always trace back to historical actions.
