Overview

The Invites tab in Workspace Management is where you bring new users into your workspace. You can invite individually or in bulk, assign a role upfront, and control whether the new member gets access to all projects or only specific ones.

Pending invitations — those sent but not yet accepted — are also listed here so you can track and revoke them as needed.

Sending an invitation

Navigate to Workspace → Invites and select Invite new member. Fill in:

  1. Email address — the recipient's email.

  2. First and last name — helps identify the user in the workspace.

  3. Role title — a label for reference only (e.g., "QA Engineer"). This does not set their actual role.

  4. Role — the workspace role they'll receive. Defaults to "Member".

  5. Read-only — check this to invite the user with a read-only license instead of a regular one.

  6. Project access — by default, new members gain access to all projects. Uncheck this if you want to restrict them to specific projects after they join.

Bulk invitations

Switch to the Bulk tab to invite multiple users at once. Enter one email address per line. Bulk-invited users all receive the same role and access settings you configure on the form.

Managing pending invitations

The Invites page lists all outstanding invitations with their status. From here you can:

  • Resend — re-send the invitation email if the recipient didn't receive it.

  • Revoke — cancel the invitation before it's accepted. The invite link becomes invalid immediately.

FAQ

What happens if someone joins through SSO instead of an invite?
If SSO is enabled and the user's email domain matches a configured SSO domain, they can join without an explicit invitation. They'll receive the default role configured in your Security >> SSO settings.

Is there a limit on pending invitations?
No hard limit, but each accepted invitation consumes a seat on your plan. If you've reached your seat limit, the invitation will succeed but the user won't be able to join until a seat is available.
