Scenario: You initially signed up for Qase using your personal email, but now your company has adopted Qase, and you want to keep using the same workspace while transitioning to your corporate email. How can you do this without losing your work?
In Qase, there isn’t a direct option to change the email address associated with your workspace.
To switch from your personal email to your corporate email, follow these steps:
1. Invite your corporate email: First, add your corporate email as a new user in the workspace. If you need help sending an invite, refer to the article on how to create invites.
2. Accept the invitation: Once the invitation has been sent to your corporate email, log in to your corporate email account and accept the invitation.
3. Log out and switch accounts: After accepting the invite, log out of Qase.
4. Transfer ownership: Sign back in using your personal email (since it's currently the owner of the workspace). Go to the workspace > users and transfer ownership of the workspace to the newly added corporate email user.

5. Deactivate your personal email: After ownership has been successfully transferred, log in with your corporate email. Once inside, deactivate the personal email account.
