If your organization's security policies or compliance requirements prohibit AI-powered features, you can disable all AIDEN (AI) capabilities workspace wide with a single toggle.
Who can do this?
Only workspace Owners and Administrators can manage this setting.
Where is the toggle located?
Navigate to Workspace settings → look for the AI-powered workspace toggle, and switch it to Off.

What happens when it's disabled?
The following features become inaccessible to all users in the workspace:
Test Designer - AI-powered manual test case generation
Test Advisor - Automation readiness analysis
QA Architect - Manual-to-automated test conversion
Automation Engineer - Test code export
AI Test Cloud - Cloud test execution
All AIDEN UI elements are hidden. No credits are consumed while the toggle is off. Previously generated test cases and automated scripts remain in your repository, they are not deleted.
Re-enabling the toggle restores access to all features immediately.
Granular alternative
If you need to restrict specific capabilities rather than disabling everything, use role-based access control to configure permissions per role.
