When you need to store test results data for audits, compliance, or long-term analysis, this add-on can help.
This add-on is available for teams on Startup or Business plans who want to keep Extended Data Retention Add-On is the simplest way to extend your data access without upgrading to Enterprise.
How It Works
The add-on extends your plan’s default data retention:
Startup plan: 90 days → extend to 5 or 10 years
Business plan: 1 year → extend to 5 or 10 years
You can choose the retention period that best fits your team.
Charges are per regular user and prorated to match your subscription cycle, so you always know exactly what you’ll pay.
Important: Data that expired before you purchase the add-on cannot be recovered. You need to keep the add-on active to access historical data for the full period.

Example: A Business plan with 10 regular users choosing 5-year retention:
Monthly: 10 × $8 = $80/month
Annual: 10 × $96 = $960/year
You’ll see a live total in your billing page before proceeding with the add-on.
Charges adjust automatically if you add more regular users down the line.
Managing Your Add-On
Purchase: Activate the add-on anytime by going to Workspace → Subscription.
Simply select +5 years or +10 years, review your live cost preview, and confirm.
Upgrade: Move from 5 years to 10 years at any time. The change takes effect immediately, and your bill is prorated so you only pay for what you use.
Downgrade: Move from 10 years to 5 years at your next billing cycle. You’ll see a clear warning if any data will be affected, so there are no surprises.
Cancellation: If you cancel the add-on, any data older than your plan’s default retention (Startup: 90 days, Business: 1 year) will no longer be accessible. Keep the add-on active to maintain full access to your extended history.
