How do I update my billing email and address?

To add or change your billing email on your account, please contact us via email or chat.

Since your billing address will appear on your invoices, it’s important to ensure it is complete and up to date.

You can add, or edit your billing address from the workspace's Billing section.

1. Navigate to https://app.qase.io/billing, and click "Edit billing details"

   
2. Fill out the details in the form:

   • Full name: either the company name or the name of the person that the invoice should be billed to.

   • Country or region.

   • Company address.

   • City/State/Province - options can be different depending on the country your company is registered in

   • ZIP/Postal code

   • Tax ID

By default, the invoices are forwarded to the email address of the owner of the workspace.

However, if you want to add another recipient (such as your Accounts Payable or Finance department).
