Providing Feedback through Qase Technical Support
To provide feedback, navigate to the upper right corner of your screen and click on the speech bubble icon located next to your profile image. Then, choose "Messages" from the bottom options to reveal the "Send us a message" button.
This enables you to send messages to our technical support team for assistance with feedback, troubleshooting, setup, bug reporting, and guidance.
Feature Requests on our Qase Roadmap
To provide your feature request, navigate to the upper right corner of your screen and click on your profile image and select "Roadmap".
You'll be taken to a separate page where you can click on "Feature Requests" on the top options.
The "Create a Post" box will then be found on the left side where you can provide details of your feature request. You can also opt to search an existing feature request that may be similar to your idea for improvements.
