Subscription Plan:

One common factor affecting feature accessibility is your workspace's subscription plan. It's essential to verify the current plan your workspace is utilizing to rule out any limitations. If there has been a recent downgrade in your subscription, it might explain why you no longer have access to a particular feature. By checking your current subscription plan, you can quickly eliminate this as a potential cause.

N/B: If you are not an Owner/Administrator role or a Billing type then you will need to reach out to any user with this role to confirm the subscription status. Additionally, you can reach out to us to verify.

Roles:
