The Attachments page in Workspace Management gives you a centralized view of every file uploaded to Qase across all projects. This is where you track storage consumption against your plan limits and delete files to free up space.
Storage limits vary by plan:

Deleting attachments
Select the actions menu on any file and choose Delete. Deletion is permanent, there is no trash bin or undo for attachments. The freed space is reflected in your usage immediately.
If you're approaching your storage limit, sort by file size to find the largest files first. Screenshots and video recordings from test runs tend to consume the most space.
FAQ
Can I bulk delete attachments for a specific period?
Not from the UI currently. To clean up large numbers of files, consider using our Public API endpoints.
Does deleting an attachment remove it from the test case or defect it's attached to?
Yes. The reference in the test case, run result, or defect will no longer be present.
