What are the Qase IP addresses I should use to configure my corporate firewall?

Qase IP addresses to allowlist in your corporate firewall for webhooks and integrations.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

If your organization uses a corporate firewall or network policies that restrict outbound or inbound traffic, you may need to allowlist the Qase IP addresses below.

Qase IP Addresses

The following IP addresses are used by Qase for outgoing connections (webhooks, integration callbacks, etc.):

  • 3.141.66.247

  • 3.129.164.77

  • 3.141.77.106

When You Need to Allowlist

You should add these IPs to your firewall or network allowlist if you use any of the following:

  • Webhooks behind a corporate firewall β€” Qase sends HTTP callbacks to your endpoint from these IPs.

  • Self-hosted issue trackers β€” such as Jira Server, Redmine, or GitLab self-managed β€” that are not publicly accessible.

  • Network policies that require explicit IP allowlisting for any connections.

Important Notes

  • The IP address list may change over time.
