1. Adding individual users
You might have noticed the Access control section in your project settings - and maybe you've even tried to invite somebody to join your team from here:
❗ This is not how it's done, though. "Add individual users" button allows you to share a project with only those users who have already joined your team.
In order to share a project, you need to invite a user first. An invitation can be issued from Workspace >> Invites section:
2. Adding members via Groups
Another way a project can be shared is by adding users to a group and sharing the project with that group.
Groups can be created from Workspace >> Groups section.
Once you have the Group set up, navigate to any of your existing project's settings.
In the 'Access Control' tab, selecting the "Private" option restricts access to only those users and groups explicitly added by you, ensuring that only authorized individuals can access the project.
You can now add the Group(s) by clicking on the 'Add groups' button.
